Kathy, the system for post cards limits three things: 1. the number of post cards an individual can send 2. the number of post cards any one individual receives and 3. the total dollar amount that Elevate spends of post cards each month. It is very likely that in your area, your neighbors have reached the #2 issue (max number of post cards any individual receives. Sorry, but we will not pass out lists of members who have or have not signed up for our services.
