Great timing! We were just reviewing our list of returned contracts today for Orchard City 104. Yes, she should have received an email with a link to return her service agreement earlier this month. Next week, on Tuesday, we’re sending a reminder email to those who haven’t completed their contract yet. Spread the word and tell people to keep an eye on their inbox.
Feel free to have her reach out to me directly at becky.mashburn@dmea.com. I can personally send her the contract link. Or, if she is having trouble with her email, she can always call us at 877-687-3632. Customer service can get her signed up and ready to go as well.
