Like John Stinnett, I am in area 124. I have passed out door hangers all the way up Ute Trail and Northern Surface creek past Starner Loop Road with tremendous enthusiasm . It is a 4 mile stretch that IF included in area 126 (directly across Hwy 65) would easily meet the 100% mark in a hurry. Yet we are included in a huge area (one of the largest areas on your map) that is mostly seasonal residents farther up Hwy 65. Most of us have power lines directly to the homes. Please reconsider redrawing that part of 124 up to the pass closure gate as part of 126.
