Hi, Adam. Love the enthusiasm! Only 27 more to go now. When we build a zone, it’s a combination of both of the ways you describe. Typically, we build what is called the “backbone” first. Think of this as the interstate or main highway. Then, once that is in place, we can start building all the “exit ramps” and “side streets.” Once you sign your contract, it adds a third and fourth step into the mix. We run the service line to your home and install the outside equipment. After that, it’s time for a home install. Some of this work takes place simultaneously since we have multiple crews working at one time.
