Becky, in running a few numbers I see it takes 8.666 people preregistering to move Cedaredge 124 one percentage point. This is the highest number of preregistrations required of any of the zones to move the needle. Most other zones are in the 1 to 2 people preregistering to move a percentage point. It must also be noted that Cedaredge zone 124 is a large area and not highly populated. At the rate we are progressing it will be maybe three+ years before we are at the 100% point and receiving Elevate service.
