I have pointed out several times to DMEA, including a board member, that your front yard signs are useless, because they do not explain the NEED TO SIGN UP. It's pointless to put out a sign that says, "Need for speed". They need to say, "NEED TO SIGN UP FOR SPEED." Naturally, DMEA knows better and is ignoring this issue.
