I read about us having to use your routers, I asked about that, said it was not what I desired, i was told (either here or on FB) that we COULD use our own equipment.
Well one of your callers with a script just called, she said nope, I have to use it, and guess what if i don't like it, I have to pay you all for 12 months of service even if I don't get it.
All about the profit, lie to people if you need to. I see how you all operate.
