Hi Eric,
Unfortunately, you cannot pay your bill on this site. You can, however, visit www.dmea.com, hover your mouse over the Elevate Fiber tab, and select pay my bill. We are in the process of developing a dedicated Elevate website, but it's just not ready yet. This website (join.elevatefiber.com) is a crowdsourcing platform that collects our sign up data. Sorry for the confusion!
