The way your procedure to sign up is nothing but SHODDY. It certainly isn't the way to run a business. I could not get a copy to the agreement I signed, and I want one. You owe me one. And if I'm not mistaken, not letting me have a copy is illegal.
You have my name and address, and phone number. I wanted a printed copy either in the mail, attached to an e-mail to email@example.com, or instructions on how I can get it from the web site.
I also did not have or could not find the option to choose the level of service. It looks like the default was the 1gig level, not what I want.
Please let me know when these matters have been resolved.
