You absolutely get a copy of your signed contract. I'm sorry for the confusion. You can access your contract by signing into your account on this website. Then, go to your dashboard and click on signed documents (over on the right-hand side). Your contract will show under your preregistration and you can click to review, read, or print. I'll send a copy over to the email you left in your comment as well. You get to determine your service level. Do you recall what you selected when you preregistered? If not, don't worry. You will be able to confirm exactly what service(s) you'd like when we call you to set up your in-home install. Again, my apologies for the confusion and miscommunication.
