I would also be interested in connecting with Kenneth about networking. Please, let us know how the new router works out - I wasn't even considering the 1 Gig connection because I figured my router would be a bottleneck at that speed anyway.
I am presently forced to lease my equipment from my current provider - and when I had issues with it, they insisted on charging me for a service call. It seems to me, that if I am leasing, any problems with my equipment should be on my provider, since they are the ones who own it. How will that work with Elevate? If we lease your equipment, how much will you charge, and will you be responsible for problems/repairs?
