Nathan, I sent a response to your email on 3/28/18 on this same question.
Here is my response: I did some looking into your address. Your address falls into a different zone based on the electric feeder that it is fed from which is the Delta North 175 feeder. As we are building our fiber network out we are following our electric infrastructure. Therefore, some addresses are fed from a different electric feeder than others. Please be patient with us as we continue to build out our entire service territory, which approximately 4000 miles of fiber. It is not an easy task to build and we are doing it zone by zone to keep our costs low. We appreciate your support of the project and are anxious to get service to all 27,000 members within our DMEA territory.
The part of H75 Rd you speak of, is fed from the substation that is at our DMEA Read office and is included in the electric feeder of OC104 based on the fiber and electric design. If you have any other questions, please call the office at 877-687-3632 and we can get you with our Outside Plant Manager to explain further. As I said in my email, we appreciate your support and are anxious to get service out to all of our service territory.
