Good Afternoon Becky! A question....I see Elevate trucks and activity over here on SE Stonebridge in Cedaredge, which is in Orchard City 112. But....Orchard City 112 is not at goal yet, so why would there be digging and other activity going on? Is this pre-work going on, perhaps getting a jump on things? Thanks for any info you can provide!
