Hi Kevin,
First off, let me apologize for my delay in responding! If we are awarded a grant to build our network in a full zone, no, the preregistration goal for that zone does not need to be met. In the case of Delta 414, we submitted approximately the southern half of the zone for consideration. Unfortunately, we received notice at the end of November that the grant was not awarded. However, we are not giving up and we are working to resubmit a stronger application here shortly. Thank you for your patience and support.

Becky, How do the grants work? Do you still need full enrollment if the grant is approved? What portion of 414 was submitted for a grant? Thanks
