I want to dig deeper into your question. Are you referring to Olathe 148? That zone has not changed. We did add a handful of new homes to Hotchkiss 48 because we were able to incorporate a neighborhood in the most economical way. Way is elevate adding more area to 148 instead of making a new zone???
