Good news, in 2020, we will be subzoning the remaining city limits of Montrose and construction will kick off in those areas by this summer. Hi we live in Montrose 363. 5950 rd and maple grove are there any updates. There are not enough people left that haven’t signed up to fulfill our area. It is a huge zone and There are four subdivisions at this location that could be sub zoned out
