Hello, I check here often to see if Elevate is Coming soon! Finally... YAY! My area (Chipeta sub) is under construction! My queston is that when I initially signed up (when Elevate first started) I was told I wouldn't have to pay the $100 install. Now it has been added to the charges? Also, is there an Internet/TV package or are the services a la carte? Please advise.

Hi Jody, It seems there must have been a miscommunication. Elevate's standard installation fee is $100 and yes, you should be seeing that estimated charge on your preregistration record. I'm so sorry for the confusion. We also offer TV and phone service which you can bundle with your internet. That being said, as internet consumers ourselves, we decided against playing any of those frustrating pricing games like other providers, so we charge the same price whether you choose to bundle or not.
