If I sign u for Elevate at https://www.elevateinternet.com/serviceagreement, am I required to sign up for both Internet Service an TV Service? If so, this is a show-stopper.

Hi Bryan. Nope! You can opt to bundle our services or just go with internet. Either way, the prices don't change. You can just skip the TV and Phone sections on the agreement. Thanks!
