Hi David,
Over subscription design is 16 to 1 for residential. We are designing the build to support 100 percent subscriber penetration from the start, thus we should never be over 16 to 1 or need to overbuild the area. As 10G becomes more price competitive, we can overlay 10G GPON ONTs for future growth with minimal impact to subscribers.
