I know it's frustrating. We are currently reviewing the Orchard City preregistrations and removing duplicates in order make sure that percentage remains accurate. Don't get discouraged. You guys are so close and we are almost done with all the make ready work. Help us spread the word that if you've already preregistered, you don't need to do it again. And, if you're not quite sure, please give us a call. We can check the database and confirm. We will get there!
