The question “Are there even 706 full time residents in area 124?” is not pessimistic nor critical. I would like to know if your number is based on Full time or “DMEA served” residents. It does seem that it would have a major impact on your goal expectations. On Upper Surface Creek alone there are 20 percent seasonal residents that may not know any time soon about Elevate internet even if I put a door hanger out. Of the people I actually talked to up here there was 100% enthusiasm about Elevate Fiber. So I am naturally curious what the level of enthusiasm would be If 100% really knew about Elevate that might not be receiving any information because they aren’t up here right now.
