Hi Kim,
Good question! The "1 Wifi device connect" means that our installers will help you with the Wifi set up of 1 device. For instance, if you want help connecting your Smart TV to your new internet service, they will help you do that. It does NOT mean that only 1 Wifi device can be connected to the service. Both the 100 mgb and the gig package will support many Wifi devices being connected and used at the same time.
