YOUR PREREGISTRATION COUNTS - BUT ONLY ONCE!

First off, if you’re reading this, thank you for supporting Elevate. By preregistering for service, you’re working to bring the fastest and most reliable internet connection to your community.

Remember, we’re using the information we collect on this website to help us determine where to build next. That means we work to keep the preregistration numbers accurate and will delete duplicate preregistrations when they appear. In some zones, there are enough duplicate preregistrations that you’ll see a reduction in the percentage to goal when the duplicates are removed. 

Help us keep things on track and remind people to only preregister once. If you’re not sure if you have preregistered, just . . .

  1. Give us a call at 877-687-3632 and a customer service representative can confirm your Elevate registration.
  2. Log in to your account on this site. When you signed up, you entered an email and password. Simply log back into your account and you’ll see what zone you’re located in and your zone’s status.
