Elevate Fiber Update

Elevate crews have been extremely busy the last several months delivering fiber service to our members in the Paonia area. Installations started in late October and we now have over 150 members installed. We appreciate everyone's patience and support through this process. Every day brings new obstacles and we are doing everything possible to exceed our members' expectations and to keep our members informed. 

We wanted to let you know that our crews will be taking some time off for the holidays, so don't fret when our trucks are not rolling down the street, construction will resume after the New Year. Crews will continue to complete installations in Paonia through January and prepare the Cobble Creek (Montrose 721 zone) and Orchard City (Orchard City 104 zone) areas for installation next. If you are patiently waiting for your community to make the list, thank you, and tell your neighbors to make sure they preregister at join.elevatefiber.com. 

• Live in Paonia? Make sure you have your service contract completed and are on our installation list. Once our crews leave the area we will no longer we able to offer the $100 installation fee (includes FREE WiFi router). Stop by our Read or Montrose location or give us a call today 877-687-3632 to get on the list.

• Live in Cobble Creek or Orchard City? Start spreading the word that Elevate Fiber is coming soon. We want to make sure that everyone is preregistered so they can take advantage of the $100 installation fee and are on the list to get ultra-fast internet. What are you going to do with 1 Gig (1,000 Mbps) internet speeds?

DMEA offices will be closed December 26 and 27 for our employees to enjoy time with their families.
